RAN Majestic class aircraft carrier and troopship HMAS Sydney, in Vietnamese waters, possibly at Vung Tau, South Vietnam. Crew members watch as a troops embark the ship from a Chinook helicopter parked on the flight deck. During the Vietnam War, HMAS Sydney visited Vietnam on 24 occasions, transporting troops and equipment, and earning herself the name 'Vung Tau Ferry'.
