Description
A propaganda newspaper produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. The item is written in Japanese and was distributed to Tokyo, Nagoya, Iwo Jima, Kyushu and Zamboanga. An English translation of the text is attached. Major events covered by this issue are the air attacks on Tokyo, Nagoya and Kyûshû, the fall of Iwo Jima, the landing of the American forces near Zamboanga in the Philippines, the imminent collapse of Nazi Germany and the situation on the Italian front.
