Description
A propaganda newspaper produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. The item is written in Japanese and was distributed to Tokyo, Okinawa, Formosa and Burma. An English translation of the text is attached. This leaflet reports the bombing of the Japanese mainland, the advance of American troops towards Naha, Okinawa, the capture of Foochow, air raids on Formosa and the situation in Burma. The leaflet also discusses the capture of Heinrich Himmler.
