News Bulletin propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) and distributed to Japanese forces during the Second World War. Distributed for one month after receipt, the target of this leaflet was Japanese troops in general. The leaflet is addressed to officers of Japanese army and advises them to surrender.
