"Major Fred Evans, Canadian Milob (Military Observer) resting at the 14,000ft Indian picquet en route to investigate alleged violations of the Cease Fire Agreement at SHEER picquet at 16,498ft. Unfortunately he had to remain at the 14,000ft level due to altitude sickness."
