Wing Commander Francis John Leonard Downing DFC, DFC (US) (Ret'd) pilot and Wing Commander Bernard Allan Johnson DFC (US) (Ret'd) as a Squadron Leader navigator / bomb aimer discuss a bombing mission carried out by them in Canberra bomber A84-234 from 2 Squadron, RAAF, South Vietnam, 9 February 1971 for which they were awarded the Distinguished Flying cross by the United States Air Force in an interview with Greg Mitchell
