Nihongun shôhei shokun [Surrender leaflet for mortar bombs - to officers and men of the Japanese Army].
Description
A propaganda leaflet produced by the Far Eastern Liaison Office (FELO) during the Second World War. This leaflet is written in Japanese and was distributed to Melanesia and the Netherlands East Indies. An English translation of the text is attached. The leaflet emphasises that there is no way out for the Japanese troops isolated in the South and encourages the recipient to surrender so that he can live to serve the country in the future.
