021511 Squadron Leader (Sqn Ldr) (later Air Vice Marshal) Graham Wallace Neil, RAAF, lowering himself into the cockpit of an OV-10A Bronco twin engined aircraft attached to the 19th Tactical Air Support Squadron (19th TASS), United States Air Force (USAF). Sqn Ldr Neil commanded the USAF Tactical Air Control Party (TACP), which consisted of three Australian, one New Zealand and four American pilots. The eight Bronco aircraft in the group were based at Cu Chi airbase and were serviced by an American ground crew.
