Listed are: E L Edgar; E Gilbert; N C Williams; E Dunn; N J Winn; G Pollock MM; K R Winn; J N Howell; W C W Walker; F W Shayler; C D Burrows; I W Buckland; J R Jacobs; T N Davies; F J D Field; N G Barrett (killed in action ); F C Winn; F W Keen; F J Haynes (died of disease); S Nickels; T N Bowman; A R Hopkins; J Purcell; W Horne; W Dorrington; J Upfold. Barrett is 7732 Private Norman George Barrett, 6th Field Ambulance, killed at Ypres, Belgium, on 5 November 1917. Haynes is 11981 Private Frank Jefferson Haynes, 9th Field Ambulance, who died of disease on 6 October 1918.
