History / Summary
Gordon Farmer Leslie was born in 1914 at Sydney, NSW, and was working in England when he enlisted in the Merchant Marine in 1940. No other information is available, however, although we note that he received campaign stars for the Atlantic, North Africa, Italy and the Pacific, indicating an extensive range of service. Gordon Leslie did not apply for his medals until 1975.
