The Base Operations building at the US Army airfield at Vung Tau. At this time the US Army units stationed at the Vung Tau airfield were: 23rd Special Warfare Aviation Detachment (SWAD) equipped with the OV-1C Mowhawk, 61st Aviation Company, 330 Transportation Company and 611th Transportation Company. The RAAF Transport Flight Vietnam (RTFV) was also stationed at the Vung Tau airfield.
