Portrait of VX148 Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Arthur Samuel Key, commanding officer of the 2/14 Battalion. Lt Col Key had previously served with the 2/8 Battalion at Libya, Greece and Crete before transferring to the 2/14 Battalion in January 1942. Lt Col Key is believed to have been killed at Isurava on the Kokoda trail on 10 September 1942.
