Portrait of VX148, Major (Maj) Arthur Samuel Key, second in command of the 2/8 Battalion. Maj, later Lieutenant Colonel (Lt Col) Key, became the commanding officer of the 2/14 Battalion after serving with the 2/8 Battalion at Libya, Greece and Crete. He is believed to have been killed at Isurava on the Kokoda trail on 10 September 1942.
