Description
Kodak film processing store in Bofu, Japan. The store was used by 146347 Leading Aircraftman (LAC) Frank Lees, 77 Squadron, to process photographs taken with his Kodak Bullet camera in Morotai, Balikpapan, Labuan, Iwakuni and Bofu. Lees' father spent considerable time in Melbourne, Australia, acquiring film in chemist stores and shipping it to his son so that he could record his experiences in both the Second World War and with the British Commonwealth Occupational Forces.
