Informal portrait of 418740 Leading Aircraftman (LAC) Eric Francis Dow of Sheparton, Vic. LAC Dow enlisted in the RAAF in June 1942, and trained as a pilot at 7 Service Flying Training School at Deniliquin, NSW. He was killed when his aircraft crashed during a solo navigation exercise on 1 April 1943, age 19.
