Major Roy Skinner (left) talks with the Israeli Defence Minister General Moshe Dayan (centre) about the UN imposed ceasefire between Egyptian and Israeli forces at the Kantara (Qantara) Control Centre. Under the command of Major Skinner, the Kantara Control Centre was established by the United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) after the Six Day War to observe and report breaches of the ceasefire between Egyptian and Israeli forces.
