Portrait of VX115653 Private (Pte) Leon William Platt, 2/2 Field Ambulance, of North Melbourne, Vic. Enlisting in the Second AIF in November 1942, Pte Platt spent just a few months with the 2/2 Field Ambulance in Australia before he died of unknown war-related injuries on 18 March 1943.
