Studio portrait of SX5063 Private (Pte) Bruce Edmund Tinlin of Lock, Eyre Peninsula, SA. Enlisting in the Second AIF in June 1940, Pte Tinlin served in the Middle East with the 2/43 Battalion and was killed in action at Tobruk on 3 August 1941, aged 25.
