Studio portrait of 410421 Flying Officer (FO) Clifford Wilson Serpell, RAAF. FO Serpell enlisted with the RAAF at Melbourne, Vic, on 6 December 1941 and qualified as an observer. He was posted to 215 Squadron (Wellingtons), RAF, based in Calcutta, India and was killed during air operations over India on 3 March 1944, aged 28.
