Description
Iraqi Soldiers, Camp Ur, Iraq 2007. Trained by the Australian Army Training Team, these men will form part of the new Iraqi army being developed under the guidance of coalition forces as part of the reconstruction of Iraq. Standing at attention and dressed in old US uniforms, they are noticeably new to the role of professional soldier and are presented as a sign of the vast transformations and transitions that are quickly produced in this global conflict.
