Studio portrait of 594 Private (Pte) Frank Herbert Beasley, 7th Machine Gun Company AIF. A farmer originally of Lancefield, Vic, Pte Beasley enlisted at Goondi, Qld, on 15 June 1916. He was accidentally killed on 13 August 1917 by a gunshot received during machine-gun training in France.
