290745 Flying Officer (FO) Francis Norman (Frank) Meyer (right), 13 Squadron RAAF, and an unidentified soldier and airman, during the refuelling of a Hudson bomber from a fuel truck on the island of Ambon shortly before the Japanese invasion. FO Meyer was executed by the Japanese at Laha around 6-8 February 1942.
