Worn by 8300106 Flight Lieutenant Steven Edmund Smith who served as staff officer to the deputy commander of Headquarters Joint Task Force 633 Iraq from 22 April to 10 May 2008. Headquarters Joint Task Force 633 comprised tri-service personnel and was based at Camp Victory, Baghdad, in Saddam Hussein's former Al Faw Palace complex.
