Portrait of New Zealand pilot, Lieutenant (Lt) Steel at the controls of a Bell 47 Sioux helicopter over Phuoc Tuy Province. Lt Steel was later shot down over Long Son Island and spent a harrowing night surrounded by Viet Cong before being rescued the next day.
