The company's camp near Bouzincourt, after the capture of Péronne
Description
Depicts an encampment on the edge of a forest. Bouzincourt is a village in the Picardie region of northern France. The name of the village is derived from the words of forest (bosquet) and the typical Picardy village suffix '-court'; literally translated as wooded village. Pictured here are tents and structures built into the side of the hill, and two transport trucks. A road cuts across the hill below the camp.
