Studio portrait of NX50201 Lance Bombardier (L/Bdr) Reginald Keith Goodhew, 2/4th Field Regiment, Royal Australian Artillery (RAA) of Glen Innes, NSW. A clerk with the NSW Premier's Department prior to the war, Goodhew enlisted on 20 June 1940. While serving in Borneo, L/Bdr Goodhew was killed in action on 8 July 1945, aged 28. He was originally buried at Balikpapan War Cemetery, Borneo in 1945. However, his remains were later exhumed and then reinterred at Labuan War Cemetery in East Malaysia (Grave 8.A.3).
