Studio portrait of 4475 Private (Pte) Frederick Chalmers Fuller, 10th Battalion, of Dawson, SA. A farmer prior to enlistment, he embarked with the 14th Reinforcements from Adelaide aboard HMAT Miltiades on 7 February 1916. While serving in France, Pte Fuller was killed in action on 25 February 1917, aged 27. He has no known grave and his name is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial, France.
