Outdoor portrait of NX48931 Trooper (Tpr) John Frederick Mullins of Preston, Vic. Enlisting in the Second AIF in October 1941, Tpr Mullins served in the Pacific Campaign with the 2/6 Armoured Regiment. He was killed during the attack on Buna on 12 January 1943, aged 23.
