Studio portrait of 328 Private (Pte) Allan Harrison, C Company, 14th Battalion. A stoker of Albert Park, Vic, prior to enlistment, Pte Harrison embarked on HMAT Ulysses (A38) on 22 December 1914. He was later promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal. LCpl Harrison was wounded on the Gallipoli peninsula and died of these wounds on a hospital ship on 27 May 1915, aged 22.
