Collection relating to Bruce Keith Chapman, 3 Cavalry Regiment
Description
A Viet Cong commander, taken prisoner and transported in an M113A1 Armoured Personnel Carrier (APC) under guard by Bruce Chapman. The prisoner was allegedly the "mastermind" of the planting of mines on and around Route 2, north of Nui Dat. One of a collection of images related to the service of 2792610 Trooper (Tpr) (later Corporal (Cpl)) Bruce Keith Chapman. Chapman served in Vietnam with A Squadron, 3 Cavalry Regiment from 3 September 1970 to 6 January 1971, and with B Squadron, 3 Cavalry Regiment from 7 January 1971 to 9 June 1971.
