The grave of SX8315 Private (Pte) Robert Owen Sunman, 2/48 Battalion, of Port Augusta, SA. Pte Sunman was a stock agent before enlisting in Wayville, SA on 8 July 1940. He was killed in action in Egypt on 22 July 1942, at the age of 27, and is buried in El Alamein War Cemtery.
