An anti-tank gun
Description
Sketch of an anti-tank gun. Benson sketch depicts "A six pdr Hotchkiss salvaged from a British Tank mounted on a rlwy sleeper and French farm waggon [sic] wheel, so that it could be hooked on to a limber waggon [sic] and travelled - mountings designed and manufactured by the 7 & 8th French Mortar Batteries." A limber wagon was a two-wheeled trailer onto which an artillery piece is hitched.
