Description
Two letters written by 419050 Flight Sergeant (Flt Sgt) William Archibald Lynn, 57 Operational Training RAF. The letters were written to his cousin, Lynn Dunoon of Melbourne. The letters discuss training and social activities. A student of Veterinary Science at Melbourne University prior to enlistment in June 1942, Flt Sgt Lynn was killed in a training accident in Northumberland, England when his Spitfire collided mid-air with another aircraft during a training exercise on 17 March 1944.
