Informal portrait taken in the street outside his family home of 50651 Leading Aircraftman (LAC) Roy Gordon Bradley, 13 Squadron, RAAF, of Maidstone Vic. LAC Bradley, aged 19, was one of six crew members of Hudson aircraft A16-212 which crashed during approach to Hughes Airfield, NT, on 27 February 1943. LAC Bradley and three other crew members were killed in the accident.
