Description
Commissioned by the 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment Association as part of the Australian War Memorial’s Plaque Dedication Program.
History / Summary
This plaque was dedicated on 30 September 2009 at a ceremony held at the Australian War Memorial. Note that the dedication ceremony for this plaque was rescheduled, and as such differs from the date as inscribed on the plaque.

Under the Memorial's former Plaque Dedication Program, members of the Australian armed forces who died during war or on operational service were honoured by a plaque. These bronze plaques are placed along paths in the Memorial's grounds.
