Collection of 275 photographs related to the service of 466 and 462 Squadrons, RAAF. The images had been originally collected together by the 466 and 462 Squadrons Association. Some of the images have been reproduced in Association newsletters, Association photo albums and the book “Brave and True” by Stan Parker and John McManus DFC. Topics primarily consist of well captioned group/squadron photographs, aerials, obliques and aircraft. There is an interesting selection of nose art (Popeye, Zola, Ursula, Trixie, Facta non verba, Roger’s Lodger, Tommo’s Mob, Kellys Gang, Rosie, Buck, Waltzing Matilda, Jane) and aircraft accident investigation images.
