Collection relating to the Second World War and later service of O22001 Flight Lieutenant John Neil Rogers, No. 32 Squadron, Australian and the Pacific, 1942-1970.

Collection consists of a nine page typed manuscript titled: 'A Month I Remember Well' by Wilbur R Courtis, with editorial notes by Flight Lieutenant Bell, describing several significant incidents within No. 32 Squadron during August 1942. These incidents include the spotting of Japanese submarines just prior to the Battle of Guadalcanal, and several mid-flight incidents while flying Hudson bombers on reconaissance missions over the Pacific. Also included in the collection is flying log book covering the period 4 March 1942 to 14 October 1948, listing flights in 16 different aircraft; as well as red covered members pay book covering the period of 7 October 1969 to 5 November 1970.
