Hoya polarising filter, 70 mm diameter, in circular perspex and foam storage case. Marked 'HOYA P/L 67 JAPAN' around circumference.
History / Summary
Relating to the Vietnam service of Raeburn Trindall, a cinematographer with the Commonwealth Film Unit. Three members of the Unit, Malcolm Smith, director, Raeburn Trindall, cinematographer and photographer, and Howard Spry, sound recordist, visited Vietnam in October 1968 to shoot footage to be used in productions for the RAAF Golden Years 50th anniversary celebrations.
