Description
Souvenir program from a benefit concert held during the First World War. This program is for a matinee concert held at Her Majesty's Theatre, Sydney on Thursday 3 September 1914. The concert was held in aid of the Lord Mayor's Fund and featured vocal solos, theatrical performances and the pageant 'Brittania Calls'. This part of the performance featured vocalists Elsie Spain, Celia Ghiloni, Gwen Burroughs, Olive Godwin, Muriel Starr and Nellie Stewart.
