Description
The casket, draped with a British flag, containing the remains of 3705 Bombardier Laurence Oliver Bryant, lies on a cart in a street of Kyabram, Vic, 29 October 1918. Soldiers line up either side. On 27 October 1918 Bombardier Bryant died, as a result of heart damage caused by his war service, at a private hospital in Kyabram, having intended to return to Caulfield Military Hospital after spending a few days with his parents at their farm in Stanhope.
