Studio portrait of WX3273 Acting Sergeant (Sgt) Henry Stuart Day, 2/28 Battalion, of Baywater, WA. He enlisted from Perth on 28 May 1940. Corporal Day died of wounds in Libya on 2 December 1942, aged 28. He is buried at the Alexandria (Hadra) War Memorial Cemetery.
