Description
Brunswick Rifle ball drawer made from steel and threaded at one end to screw into the cleaning rod. The other end of the ball drawer is threaded so that it can screw into a musket ball for extraction. No markings.

The Brunswick Rifle ball drawer is associated with a rifle from the collection of Walter Lindsay Venables Vernon of Sydney, NSW, who obtained it in the 1880s. Walter Vernon served in the Boer War and became colonel of the NSW Lancers.
