Item 1: Poilus Circus
Description
Souvenir program for a circus held during the First World War. This program is for Poilus Circus held on Sunday 3 February 1918. The circus had both professional performers as well as members of the 6th Division. The entertainment featured foot wire and fixed bar trapeze artists, clowns, orchestra and a pantomime titled 'The Masked Ball'. The program is illustrated with hand coloured drawings and is written in French.
