Studio portrait of NX36044 Private (Pte) Richard Harris Weymouth, 2/19 Battalion, of Ashfield, NSW. He enlisted from Wagga Wagga on 1 July 1940. Pte Weymouth died whilst a prisoner of War (POW) in Malaya on 15 February 1942, he was 30 years of age. Pte Weymouth's name is commemorated on the Singapore Memorial.
