Collection relating to Professor Gustaaf Adolf Frederik Molengraaff (1860-1942), Dutch geologist, who became the state geologist for the Transvaal in 1897.
Description
A crowd of mourners stand outside Suzanna Zaal watching as the coffin is brought out of the church to the waiting hearse. Possibly Kruger. Boer war and related photographs from the collection of Professor Gustaaf Adolf Frederik Molengraaff, a geologist who went from Holland to South Africa and recorded and purchased photographs from his time there.
