Description

Studio portrait of Sister Marjorie Cross Yuille. Sister Yuille, of Brighton, Victoria, enlisted in November 1914 with the Australian Army Nursing Service (AANS), aged 29. She left Australia with the No.1 Australian General Hospital (1 AGH) on HMAT Kyarra. She returned to Australia in 1918, having married Major H H Turnbull, also of 1AGH, whilst on service overseas (see P09381.001)
