Description
Recto: Incomplete drawing of two medical assistants assisting with a blood donation.
Verso: This image depicts a female patient undergoing blood donation. Assisted by two nursing staff, one holds the bottle while one holds the needle in the arm facilitating the collection of blood. The patient lies flat on her back with her right arm outstretched as she squeezes a roll of bandage to stimulate the flow of blood through this arm. Curtains flank the left and right of the composition.
