Studio portrait of 18346 Mechanician 1st Class (Mech 1) Reginald Bonner, HMAS Sydney II, of Sydney, NSW. Mech 1 Bonner enlisted in the RAN on 29 April 1927. He was killed in action, aged 35, when HMAS Sydney II was sunk in the Indian Ocean by the German auxiliary cruiser Kormoran on 20 November 1941.
