Studio portrait of 23051Stoker Henry Alfred Geoffrey Cranwwell, HMAS Sydney II, of Burnie, Tasmania. Stoker Cranwell enlisted in the RAN on 5 April 1939. He was killed in action, aged 21, when HMAS Sydney was sunk in the Indian Ocean by the German auxiliary cruiser Kormoran on 20 November 1941.
