Studio portrait of 412989 Thomas Henry Anthony Mallick, 450 Squadron RAAF. A pharmacist of Orange, NSW he enlisted on 15 August 1941. Mallick was promoted to the rank of Flight Sergeant and later killed in action, aged 24, whilst on flying operations over Italy on 31 May 1944. He is buried at the French and German Cemetery, Napoli, Italy.
